  • Description: This course introduces the practical use of Spanish in vineyard environments, emphasizing why Spanish is an essential tool for effective communication in vineyard operations. Students will learn to use basic instructions, questions, and work-related phrases in Spanish, while also developing the ability to understand clearly spoken Spanish and respond appropriately in job-specific contexts.

  • Description: This class introduces guidelines and financial principles which equip students with money-management competence so they can go after their career and personal goals. Focuses on changing financial behavior and choices in saving, budgeting, debt management, the college financial burden, philanthropy, and entering the job market.
